Founding Operations & Growth Manager
As our Founding Operations & Growth Manager, you'll work directly with the Founder to help build and grow LearnSpeakly. This is not a traditional corporate role where responsibilities are limited to one department. You'll gain hands-on experience across operations, marketing, customer success, partnerships, business development, and strategic projects. Every week will bring new opportunities to learn, contribute, and make a real impact. - You will help drive the day-to-day success and long-term growth of LearnSpeakly by: Supporting the day-to-day operations of the business Coordinating projects and ensuring priorities are executed effectively Assisting with customer support and learner success Helping onboard and support tutors Supporting marketing campaigns and growth initiatives Building relationships with community organizations and strategic partners Assisting with business development opportunities Tracking business performance and preparing reports Coordinating with the technology team to improve the platform Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer experience Working closely with the Founder to execute strategic initiatives
