Employment Type: Contract (Independent partner, commission only)

Job Summary

• Sell AI. Create content. Earn 50% commission.
• We are building an AI-powered platform that helps business owners find out what is holding their business back, make better decisions and take action.
• We are looking for confident, creative people who can get business owners excited about Lavoo and turn that interest into paying customers.
• If you can sell, you understand social media and you are comfortable with AI, this is for you.

What You Will Do

• Find business owners, founders and creators who need Lavoo
• Make short videos, posts and product demos for social media
• Reach out to people directly, in communities, online and in person
• Show people how the platform works and help them sign up
• Turn interested people into paying Pro and Premium subscribers
• Follow up with leads and keep track of your results

Who We Are Looking For

• You can sell: You know how to start a conversation, handle questions and close.
• You are confident: Talking to strangers and pitching ideas does not scare you.
• You create content: You can make posts and videos that people stop scrolling for.
• You understand AI: You use AI tools and can explain how they help a business.
• You are driven by results: You like knowing that more effort means more money.
• You work well on your own: You are disciplined and do not need someone watching you.
• Experience in sales, digital marketing, affiliate marketing or content creation is a plus, but not a must.

Salary

• You earn 50% of every Pro or Premium payment from customers you bring in (The Builder Bonus)
• There is no salary and no cap.
• The more customers you bring in, the more you earn.
• Commissions are paid monthly, once a customer's payment has cleared.
