Founding Growth Lead — Web3 / Memecoin

We're not launching another copy-paste meme token.
We're building a community-first crypto brand with the ambition to become a $1B+ market cap project through exceptional execution, relentless community growth, and viral marketing.
We're looking for a Founding Project Lead who wants to own execution from day one and help build one of the most talked-about projects in crypto.
What You'll Own Lead day-to-day operations across the project. Build and manage moderators, community managers, and marketing teams. Execute launch strategies and post-launch growth plans. Coordinate with developers, designers, influencers, and strategic partners. Drive community engagement across X, Telegram, Discord, and other platforms. Monitor KPIs and continuously improve growth strategies. Turn ideas into execution quickly.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has experience leading crypto or Web3 communities. Understands memecoin culture and viral marketing. Can manage multiple contributors simultaneously. Makes decisions quickly and takes ownership. Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. Is highly organized and execution-focused. Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus Points Previous successful token launches. Experience scaling communities to 50,000+ members. Existing relationships with KOLs, influencers, or crypto media. Experience with growth campaigns, raids, and partnerships.
