About the Role Founding Growth Hacker to own the consumer side of our user acquisition, helping millions of job seekers find real opportunities. This is a founding team member role with a high-growth trajectory, based at our Cupertino office with a minimum 50-hour weekly commitment. What You'll Do
- Own the consumer-side user acquisition and growth experiments, shaping how job seekers discover opportunities.
- Partner with the founders and engineering team to design and execute PLG and technical SEO/GEO strategies.
- roll up your sleeves to handle day-to-day execution and run iterative growth experiments.
- Identify bottlenecks, test hypotheses, measure results, and optimize the funnel to scale to millions of users.
- Build scalable growth programs and collaborate across product, analytics, and growth initiatives. What We're Looking For

- Salary bands: IC1: 130k - 150k base salary + equity; IC2: 160k - 180k base salary + equity; IC3: 200k - 300k base salary + equity
