Founding Engineer
Cefense
Cefense is building AI security that shows what agents do, traces their actions, and helps teams control risk. We're looking for founding engineers who want to shape the product and build it hands on.
Expected Annual Salary: $180-200k
The work spans:
- Kernel-level visibility
- Threat hunting
- Using leading AI models to turn security signals into decisions people can act on
You'll work close to the team and customers, with access to the tools and context needed to solve hard problems.

- A record of shipping software you can point to
- Comfort working across systems, security, and AI
- Strong builders who move quickly, think from first principles, and care about making security products people actually use
