About the Role
Join the engineering team at an early-stage AI company in the logistics sector. You will shape the product and technical direction through hands-on full-stack development, production AI experimentation, and ownership of critical systems.
What You'll Do

Design, build, and maintain critical product features across the stack.

Develop reliable tools that help logistics users work more efficiently.

Evaluate, benchmark, and fine-tune AI capabilities for accuracy in real-world workflows.

Experiment with models, frameworks, and agentic techniques, then ship and improve promising approaches using data and user feedback.

Improve complex legacy code and build scalable infrastructure and automation for data and AI workloads.

Collaborate closely with a small team as a hands-on, high-ownership contributor.
What We're Looking For

Typically 2 to 3 years of professional experience, though relevant projects or other evidence of ability can also qualify.

Strong full-stack engineering experience, including hands-on backend product development and work across cloud environments.

Fluency in Python; familiarity with Go is a plus.

Practical experience building or integrating AI/ML systems, including benchmarking, fine-tuning, and running LLM experiments in production.

Evidence of building robust production systems, engineering for scale, and working with complex codebases.

Strong computer science fundamentals, self-discipline, adaptability, and clear spoken English for technical discussions.

Startup or entrepreneurial experience is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: €60,000 to €90,000. Equity participation is available. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. Candidates must be willing to work on-site or relocate.
