About this role
About the Role

Create generative design capabilities that account for building codes and client constraints.
-
Work across the stack and take ownership of the areas that matter most as the product evolves.
What We're Looking For

Production software experience. One to two years may be a fit if you have also spent years building substantial projects independently; more experience is welcome.
-
Hands-on experience with 3D geometry or CAD, such as geometry kernels, B-rep or mesh workflows, CAD APIs, IFC, or Revit.
-
Regular experience building with LLMs and AI agents, with production experience in AI or generative models.
-
A generalist mindset, strong ability to get productive in unfamiliar areas, and startup or founder experience.
-
Fluent English. German is not required.
-
AEC or BIM experience, technical leadership, Python, PyTorch, TypeScript, three.js, or generative and multimodal models for 3D or visual data are useful.
