About us Antino is an established AI and technology company with 400+ engineers across India, the US, the UAE and the UK. We're now building our US business around Company Brain, an AI system that takes everything a financial institution knows — policies, credit files, regulatory updates, emails and SOPs — and turns it into one assistant the whole company can use, with sources it can show.
The role You'll be our first US sales hire, reporting to the CEO, with a proven company and engineering team behind you. You'll: Run every deal from first conversation to signed contract, selling to credit unions, community banks, specialty lenders and credit data companies Build the US pipeline, playbook and processes from scratch
You'll do well here if you have: 3–6 years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling to banks, credit unions or lenders A track record of hitting quota on deals worth $300K or more Strong outbound habits: email, LinkedIn, events Comfort with an early-stage setting where there is no playbook yet
