About the role
We are seeking a talented professional to join the Founders Office team based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role involves working directly with the founding team to address high-impact questions related to consumer behavior, product adoption, and growth strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with consumers across diverse regions to gather qualitative insights.
- Identifying unmet consumer needs and translating these insights into actionable decisions.
- Supporting the development and refinement of product and business strategies beyond traditional strategy documentation.
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with 2 to 4 years of experience who are passionate about leveraging consumer insights to drive impactful business outcomes.

Salary: 30 - 40 LPA
