Job Summary

Fredo is looking for passionate CA Freshers to join the Founder’s Office and work directly with the leadership team. This role offers exceptional exposure to strategic finance, management consulting, fundraising, and startup growth, making it an ideal opportunity for ambitious Chartered Accountants who want to build a career in the startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist founders in strategic financial planning and business decision-making. Analyze financial statements, unit economics, and business performance metrics. Support management consulting and corporate finance projects. Assist in fundraising, investor presentations, and financial modelling. Perform financial due diligence and transaction support assignments. Develop financial reports, dashboards, and business insights. Build scalable financial processes and reporting systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth initiatives.

• Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Haves

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

• Strong Statutory Audit experience with a Big 6 Firm

• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools

• Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced startup environment

• CFA (Pursuing or Completed)
