Founder's Office Associate (Remote, India)

We are hiring a Founder's Office Associate to work directly with the founders on high-priority strategic initiatives. You will own problems end to end across strategy, growth, operations, fundraising support and new business bets.

What you'll do

• Drive strategic projects and special initiatives for the founders
• Build business cases, financial models and market analyses
• Set up and scale new functions, processes and OKRs across teams
• Prepare board/investor materials and track key business metrics
• Act as the founders' chief of staff on cross-functional execution

Who you are:

• B.Tech/Dual degree from a top/old IIT (Bombay, Delhi, Madras, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Roorkee, Guwahati)

• 3-6 years of experience, ideally starting at a top management consulting firm (Bain, McKinsey, BCG), followed by a Founder's Office / Chief of Staff / Strategy role at a premium high-growth startup

• Strong preference for experience at a Y Combinator or Sequoia (Peak XV) backed startup

• Strong structured problem solving, analytics and stakeholder management

• High ownership and comfort with ambiguity

• Location: Remote, India

• Compensation: 20-40 LPA
