Work directly with a small founding team at an AI-focused talent and recruiting startup. You will help create a strong candidate experience and connect exceptional talent with career opportunities at venture-backed startups.
What You'll Do

Support candidates through the recruiting process and help connect them with relevant startup opportunities.

Own operational workflows and contribute to initiatives that improve the candidate experience.

Help optimize processes and workflows as the team grows.

Contribute to social media and other founder-led projects as needed.
What We're Looking For

A completed bachelor's degree and at least three months of internship experience.

Experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, consulting, sales, or venture capital.

Evidence of strong academic performance, substantial project work, or meaningful technical contributions.

Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or candidate relationship management is valued.

Social media experience, familiarity with venture-backed startups and their hiring practices, and experience improving workflows are helpful.

Willingness to relocate to San Francisco, live and work in a shared team environment, and commit to a six-day work week for the internship.
