About the Role The Foundation Room Cocktail Server delivers high-end food and beverage service in a nightclub environment, contributing to an upscale experience for guests. This role blends hospitality excellence with safety-minded service in Live Nation's intimate Foundation Room setting.
What You'll Do
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a nightclub environment with a cheerful attitude.
- Provide bottle service and cocktails, using knowledge of drink recipes and garnishes.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while reading guests to anticipate needs.
- Operate the point of sale (POS) systems and assist with basic food service tasks.
- Maintain adherence to dress and appearance guidelines and uphold safe alcohol service.
- Interact professionally with guests and de-escalate intoxicated guests in a positive, safety-minded manner.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and respond to guest questions to deliver a premium experience.
- Be flexible with schedule and available for late-night shifts.
What We're Looking For
- Required: Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent; valid state or county license/certification as applicable.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience serving in upscale dining and nightlife venues.
- Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations, safe and responsible alcohol service, and POS systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tables at once with an upbeat attitude; read guests to anticipate needs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; flexible schedule; ability to adhere to dress and appearance guidelines.
- 2 years bottle service experience; 3 years’ work experience interacting with people in a positive environment.
- Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms.
