About this role
Job title: Forward Deployed Engineer – Team Lead/Consultant (Mid-Level)
About the Role We are Accenture Palantir Business Group (APBG), a global team that combines industry, data, and AI expertise with Palantir Foundry and AIP to scale AI and transform decision making. Formed in 2025, APBG delivers Palantir enabled solutions across government, healthcare, energy, financial services, and manufacturing. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will help clients turn their vision into deployed Palantir solutions that drive measurable impact. You will work with a small team to deploy Palantir software and build tailored solutions, with travel may be required.
What You'll Do
- Work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and support client facing applications.
- Translate objectives into a delivery plan: gather requirements, analyze data and workflows, and define a roadmap from prototype to scaled deployment.
- Prototype and iterate quickly: build from scratch when needed, validate with users, and iterate based on feedback and results.
- Deliver production grade solutions: ship reliable pipelines and applications that turn client data into operational workflows and decision support.
- Align and communicate: write clear requirements, share progress with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and drive work to release.
What We're Looking For
- Client success mindset: own the outcome, deliver value beyond scope when needed.
- Structured problem solving: break down ambiguous problems and design end-to-end solutions.
- Software and data engineering fundamentals: production code in Python or TypeScript and work with large structured and unstructured datasets.
- Bias for ownership: work independently, drive decisions, be accountable for results.
- Track record of delivery: ship software and analytics with real-world impact.
- Collaboration and client-facing communication: work with teammates and clients at technical levels; embed with customer teams as needed.
- You will iterate quickly, build from scratch, and help organizations transform operations at uncommon speed.
- Travel may be required; extent varies by business need and client requirements.
Nice to Have
- Full-stack and front-end development experience
- Palantir certifications (Foundry, Gotham, or AIP)
- Consulting or client-facing experience
- Experience with DevOps / CI-CD pipelines (Git, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins)
- Experience building solutions with large language models
- Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript
