Forward Deployed Engineer

Jeeves Inc.

About this role

Jeeves is the stablecoin-native banking platform for global enterprises. Thousands of companies across 35 countries run their corporate cards, payments, treasury and spend on one platform, with more than $5B in annualized volume, payouts to 190 countries, and one of the fastest-growing stablecoin payment networks in the world. BMW, H&M, Lululemon, Burger King, Kavak and XP are among them, and more than 80% of customers use multiple Jeeves products.

We chose hard problems on purpose.

We hire for one thing: relentlessness. A strong motor that keeps going when the problem has no playbook. You'll know in your first week if Jeeves is right for you. For the right people, it's the steepest learning curve of your career.

Jeeves has raised more than $400 million in equity funding from Andreessen Horowitz, Y Combinator, CRV, Coinbase Ventures, GIC, AllianceBernstein, CoinFund and others.

If you want to rebuild how money moves across borders, come build it with us.

Our customers run finance across several countries at once. That means multiple entities, multiple currencies, local tax and e-invoicing rules, and increasingly stablecoin rails alongside traditional payments. The companies that get the most out of Jeeves are also the ones with the most complex setups, and getting them live quickly and correctly is one of the biggest levers we have for growth.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll sit where our product meets our most complex customers. You'll work hands-on with the finance and engineering teams at high-growth and enterprise companies across Latin America. You'll connect Jeeves to their ERPs and internal systems, design the flows they need (card programs, AP automation, and treasury movement across fiat and stablecoins), and own the technical path to go-live. What you learn in the field comes straight back to our Product and Engineering teams and shapes what we build next.

This is a hands-on engineering role. You'll write and ship production code, and you'll also be the person in the room with a customer's Controller or CFO. It isn't a pre-sales demo role, and it isn't a pure support role.

Location: This role is remote based out of Argentina. #LI-REMOTE

What You'll Do:

Customer Integrations

Build and ship integrations between Jeeves and customer ERPs and accounting systems (for example NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, and local accounting tools) using our APIs and webhooks

Map customer data models (chart of accounts, cost centers, entities, vendors) to Jeeves and keep them in sync

Debug integration issues across systems end to end, from API logs to the customer's month-end reconciliation

Build reusable integration patterns and internal tools so each new customer goes live faster than the last

Payments, Treasury & Local Compliance

Scope and set up multi-entity, multi-currency configurations with the customer's finance team

Design stablecoin payment and settlement flows alongside traditional rails (SPEI, PIX, ACH, SWIFT)

Help customers handle country-specific requirements, such as CFDI in Mexico, NF-e in Brazil, and DIAN e-invoicing in Colombia, inside their Jeeves workflows

Work with our Compliance and Risk teams so customer setups stay within regulatory guardrails

Technical Ownership of Strategic Accounts

Own the technical side of onboarding for strategic accounts, from the first scoping call through go-live and adoption

Run technical workshops with customer engineering and finance teams, sometimes on-site

Write clear implementation plans, set expectations on timelines, and flag risks early

Be the trusted technical point of contact after go-live for escalations and expansion

Product Feedback & Sales Partnership

Turn repeated customer requests into clear, prioritized input for Product and Engineering

Partner with Sales and Account Management on technical discovery, solution design, and proofs of concept for large deals

Document what you learn in the field (integration guides, known edge cases, playbooks) so the whole team benefits

Minimum Requirements:

4+ years of professional experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation, including at least 2 years in customer-facing technical work

Strong hands-on coding in at least one of Python, TypeScript/Node, or Go, with production experience building against REST APIs and webhooks

Solid SQL and data-mapping skills, demonstrated by integrations or data pipelines you've built and supported

A track record of owning a customer project through to go-live, including managing timelines and stakeholders on the customer side

Professional fluency in English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese

Able to travel to customer sites in Latin America as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in fintech or payments, especially card issuing, payment rails (SPEI, PIX, ACH, SWIFT), or cross-border money movement

Experience integrating with at least one ERP, accounting, or financial system (for example NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, QuickBooks, or Xero)

A working understanding of how finance teams operate: AP, reconciliation, month-end close, and multi-entity accounting

Hands-on work with stablecoin, on/off-ramp, or digital asset infrastructure

Experience with LatAm e-invoicing and tax systems (CFDI, NF-e, DIAN)

A previous forward deployed, solutions architect, or implementation engineer role at a startup

Experience building internal tooling that shortened implementation time
