About the Role Volvo Trucks Belux, part of the Volvo Group, is seeking a trainer in technique and related work processes to support the dealer network in Belgium and Luxembourg. The role focuses on delivering practical, hands-on training (classroom, online, or at dealer workshops) and integrating the latest Volvo Trucks technology into training plans while ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do
- Provide technical training for trucks to the dealer network with a strong emphasis on practical exercises.
- Deliver trainings in classroom, online, or at dealer workshops.
- Ensure the latest Volvo Trucks technology is integrated into training programs and learning paths.
- Provide general training related to work processes at the dealer network.
- Objectively evaluate participants' skills at the end of training.
- Contribute to defining training plans based on the needs of the dealer network and new Volvo Trucks features.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and high quality of trainings. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- Solid pedagogical knowledge and good interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of trucks and several years of workshop experience.
- Fully bilingual in French and Dutch; fluent English.
- Ability to convey knowledge in an engaging manner; familiar with concepts such as quality and win-win.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Diplomatic and organized with good interpersonal skills; able to adapt to different interlocutors.
- Willingness to listen to internal stakeholders and propose solutions and provide assistance. Compensation & Benefits
