Volt is immediately hiring a Forklift Operator in Altavista, VA 24517
As a Forklift Operator, you will:
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials and products.
- Transport materials between warehouse, production, and shipping areas.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA guidelines.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 0-1 year of forklift, warehouse, or material handling experience.
Schedule: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM – Monday to Friday
This is a Full-time, Contract opportunity.
Pay Rate: $15- $16 per hour.
