About the Role
DHL Supply Chain is hiring Forklift Operators to move stock within a warehouse environment. This role supports loading, unloading, routing, and staging shipments using various powered equipment. The environment is team-oriented, fast-paced, and safety-focused.
What You'll Do
- Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using forklifts or other power equipment
- Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact quantity and types of product are loaded
- Maintain inventory accuracy by keeping records and reports; assist in physical inventories
- Inspect and maintain equipment; complete daily equipment inspections; change batteries or LP tanks as needed
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and MSDS standards; verify load accuracy and report variances
- Keep work areas neat and organized; monitor power sources and perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating a Crown Stand Up forklift
- Forklift operator certification or satisfactory completion of forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment
- Experience with stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts and electric pallet jacks (as described in the role)
- Knowledge of OSHA/MSDS standards and strong safety focus
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment; 2nd shift availability (Sunday-Thursday)
Nice to Have
- RF Scanner experience (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20 per hour plus an additional $1.00 shift premium
- Schedule: Second shift, 3:30pm-11:30pm; Sundays- Thursdays
