Job title: Forklift Operator
About the Role DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Second Shift Forklift Operator to move stock around our warehouse and support timely order fulfillment. You will operate various types of forklifts and powered equipment in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment at our Waddell, AZ facility.
What You'll Do
- Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using forklifts or other power equipment (80% of shift)
- Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring the exact quantity and types are loaded
- Keep records and reports for inventory accuracy
- Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards
- Verify load accuracy; check counts, stability, and product damage; report variances as necessary
- Change equipment batteries or LP tanks and monitor power sources
- Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion
- Assist in physical tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Ability to operate stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts and electric pallet jacks
- Safety-focused with attention to inventory accuracy
- Team-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Prior forklift operation experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $22.00 per hour
