About the Role DHL Supply Chain is hiring Forklift Operators to move stock within our warehouse. You’ll load and unload shipments, move, stock, and stage products, and perform case picking as needed to support operations. This role operates on a 1st shift schedule and requires safety-focused teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using forklifts or other powered equipment
- Pull and prepare product for shipment; ensure exact quantity and types are loaded
- Verify load accuracy; check count, stability, and product damage; report variances
- Change equipment battery or LP tank and monitor power source as necessary
- Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion
- Assist in physical inventories and complete daily inspections of equipment
- Operate stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts and electric pallet jacks as needed
- Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards; perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating a sit-down forklift
- Minimum of 6 months using a stand-up forklift
- Minimum of 6 months using a clamp forklift
- Minimum of 1 year manually picking cases in a warehouse setting
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
- Basic knowledge of OSHA and MSDS safety standards; safety-focused and able to work in a team
Nice to Have
- RF Scanner experience
- Experience with electric pallet jacks or other forklift types
