Job title: Forklift Operator
DHL Supply Chain is hiring Forklift Operators to move stock within our warehouse. You will load and unload, move, stock and stage products using powered equipment in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Load and unload trailers; use powered equipment to move, stock, and stage products; case picking.
- Move stock between areas in the warehouse; load and unload shipments of various sizes; operate stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
- Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion; perform daily inspections; assist in physical inventories; keep records for inventory accuracy; comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
- Verify load accuracy; check load count, stability, and product damage; report variances as necessary.
- Change equipment battery or LP tank and monitor power source as necessary.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating a clamp truck.
- Preferred: RF Scanner experience; 6 months using a sit-down forklift; 6 months using a stand-up forklift.
- Forklift operator certificate or equivalent.
- Safety-focused, team-oriented environment.
Nice to Have
- RF Scanner experience (preferred)
- 6 months sit-down forklift experience (preferred)
- 6 months stand-up forklift experience (preferred)
