Job title: Forklift Operator
About the Role DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Forklift Operator to move stock within our warehouse and support efficient operations. You’ll load and unload shipments, operate stand-up reach forklifts and electric pallet jacks, and perform case picking and order picking in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
- Loading and unloading food product; lifting, standing, bending; case picking; moving product with powered equipment; material handling; order picking.
- Move stock between areas inside the warehouse; load/unload shipments of various sizes; operate stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts and electric pallet jacks as needed.
- Maintain safety and efficiency while handling products.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating electric pallet jack and stand-up reach forklift; previous case picking experience.
- Preferred: RF scanner experience and stand-up forklift experience; ability to meet continuous physical demands such as lifting, bending, standing.
Nice to Have
- RF Scanner experience
- Stand Up Reach forklift experience
- Experience operating material handling equipment (minimum 6 months preferred)
- Stand Up Reach truck experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20.00 per hour, plus $1.00 shift differential.
- Schedule: Second Shift; Sunday - Tuesday 5:00pm - 5:00am, Wednesday 5:00pm - 10:30pm.
