About this role
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

Working in steel industry.

At least 2 years’ experience in warehouse environment
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

Grade 12 certificate or Equivalent qualification.

Valid Forklift license

PRIMARY FUNCTION OF THE POSITION:

Loading, offloading, stacking and storing as per SOP
-
Responsible for general safety of the machine
-
Safely stacking and storing material in designated areas
-
Inspect material for conformance before loading for a customer
-
General housekeeping of work areas during shift
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
-
Daily inspection on the forklift
-
Loading and offloading material on trucks
-
Practice workplace safety
-
Correct use of lifting equipment
