Job title: Forklift and Reach Truck Driver

About the Role Join CFAO Mobility as a Forklift and Reach Truck Driver. You will support TTAF customers by receiving, unpacking, sorting, palletizing, storage, picking, scanning and dispatching stock within agreed lead times. You will operate forklift and reach truck equipment and adhere to safety and SOPs to ensure quality and timely service.

What You'll Do

  • Receive, unpack, sort, palletize, store, pick, scan, and dispatch stock within agreed lead times.
  • Complete the forklift and reach truck daily checklist and report any defects; perform daily battery maintenance.
  • Maintain and control stock daily; ensure accuracy of stock received, put away and delivered.
  • Ensure safe handling of pallets and modules; adhere to all SOPs.
  • Conduct daily bin audits with strict FIFO; assist with stock takes and participate in regular counts.
  • Conduct housekeeping daily; participate in kaizen and submit near misses to drive continuous improvement.
  • Be willing to work overtime to meet customer demand and ensure continuous satisfaction.
  • Report defects or irregularities to uphold safety and quality; ensure compliance with safety and ISO standards.
  • Hold and/or obtain a valid MHE licence for forklift/reach truck and maintain qualifications as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Matric, with Numeracy and Literacy.
  • Valid Forklift & Reach Truck licence (MHE).
  • Related experience; SAP scanner experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of quality inspection (visual) and safety/ISO standards.
  • Strong communication, problem solving, customer focus, teamwork, and planning/organising skills; adaptability.
  • Candidates with valid MHE licence for forklift and/or reach truck are eligible to apply.
