Foreman / Supervisor

About the Role As a Foreman/Supervisor at Webber, a Ferrovial Construction company, you will lead concrete formwork operations to safely build and shape concrete structures. You will work from plans to build, assemble, align, plumb, and set forms, and guide the crew to maintain quality and throughput on site. What You'll Do

• Build, assemble, fit together, align, plumb, and set in place forms for molding concrete structures from project plans.
• Check forms while concrete is being placed; direct others in stripping forms after placement.
• Install miscellaneous materials integral to concrete structures and precast elements.
• Prepare for slipforming traffic rail and median barrier; install permanent metal deck forms; work with power tools.
• Contribute to safety and operations by following all safety policies; participate in proactive team efforts; provide leadership by example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards. What We're Looking For
• Education: Less than a High School Diploma.
• Language Skills: Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers; ability to print and speak simple sentences.
• Experience: 0-3 years of related construction experience preferred.
• Physical & Working Conditions: Heavy physical activity; manual dexterity; able to perceive attributes of objects; outdoor exposure to changing weather; loud environments; high and/or precarious places.
• Working Conditions: Outdoor exposure to weather; noise; extreme temperatures; wet and/or humid conditions.
