About the Role Responsible for supervising the setup and assembly of forms for concrete structures, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely delivery on Ferrovial's Webber construction projects. You will work from plans, direct form stripping after concrete placement, and support precast and form work operations to deliver high-quality concrete infrastructure. What You'll Do
- Read and interpret plans to construct, assemble, align, plumb, and set forms for concrete structures.
- Check forms during concrete placement and direct stripping after pouring.
- May install miscellaneous materials integral to concrete structures and precast elements.
- Prepare for slipforming traffic rails and median barriers; may install permanent metal deck forms.
- May work with power tools and contribute to safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
