Foreman

About the Role Responsible for supervising the setup and assembly of forms for concrete structures, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely delivery on Ferrovial's Webber construction projects. You will work from plans, direct form stripping after concrete placement, and support precast and form work operations to deliver high-quality concrete infrastructure. What You'll Do

• Read and interpret plans to construct, assemble, align, plumb, and set forms for concrete structures.
• Check forms during concrete placement and direct stripping after pouring.
• May install miscellaneous materials integral to concrete structures and precast elements.
• Prepare for slipforming traffic rails and median barriers; may install permanent metal deck forms.
• May work with power tools and contribute to safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. What We're Looking For
• Education: less than High School Diploma.
• Language Skills: ability to read a limited number of words, recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers; ability to print and speak simple sentences.
• Experience: minimum 0-3 years of related construction experience preferred.
• Physical Activity: heavy physical activity and outdoor work; able to reach/handle items and work with fingers; able to perceive attributes of objects.
• Working Conditions: outdoor exposure to weather, extreme cold/hot conditions, loud environment, wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts.
• Safety: knowledge of safety policies and willingness to follow company safety manual; familiarity with safety reporting. Compensation & Benefits
