Foreman

About the Role Foreman at Webber, a Ferrovial Construction company, responsible for supervising field operations to build, assemble, fit together, align, plumb, and set forms for concrete structures. This role involves checking forms during concrete placement, directing form stripping, and coordinating installation of precast elements and related components on site. What You'll Do

• Read and follow plans to build, assemble, align, plumb, and set forms for molding concrete structures.
• Check forms during concrete placement and direct others in stripping forms after placement.
• Install miscellaneous materials, precast elements, permanent metal deck forms, and related components as required.
• Prepare for slipforming traffic rails and median barriers.
• Operate power tools and support BIM/engineering as needed, participate in proactive team efforts to achieve goals.
• Provide leadership by example and share knowledge/skill; perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with safety policies, report unsafe activities to supervisor/HR. What We're Looking For
• Education: less than High School Diploma.
• Language Skills: ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words; ability to print and speak simple sentences.
• Experience: 0-3 years of related construction experience preferred.
• Physical: heavy physical activity; manual dexterity to handle items; ability to work outdoors in changing conditions; able to perceive attributes of objects.
• Working Conditions: outdoors, extreme weather, loud noise, moving parts; willingness to work in such conditions.
• Safety: knowledge and adherence to safety policies. Nice to Have
