About the Role Ferrovial's Webber division seeks a Foreman/Supervisor to operate bulldozers on heavy civil construction projects. The role is performance-focused, on-site, and essential for efficient earthmoving and slope shaping while upholding safety standards. What You'll Do
- Operate a bulldozer safely and efficiently to cut ditches, slopes, grades, clear brush, shape, and dress slopes.
- Start engines, control throttles, switches, and pedals to maneuver machines.
- Signal truck drivers to position loads for efficient unloading of dirt, rocks, and materials.
- Identify and avoid hazards such as utility lines, equipment, workers, and falling objects.
- Perform routine maintenance such as oiling, greasing, and service on machinery.
- Troubleshoot and adjust equipment; perform other assigned duties on the project site. What We're Looking For
- Ability to communicate in English via verbal and written communications.
- Willingness to move throughout a construction site, including climbing ladders and inclines, operating heavy equipment, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of safety policies and procedures per company safety manual.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Experience: Three or more years of related construction experience preferred.
- Physical demands: Heavy physical activity; ability to work outdoors in varying weather and environments; manual dexterity to handle tools and materials. Compensation & Benefits
