About the Role
Villanova University is seeking a Football Student Equipment Manager to support the football program with game and practice setup, locker room preparation, and team laundry. This on-campus role helps ensure equipment readiness and smooth game-day operations for the 2025-2026 academic year, typically around 20 hours per week.
What You'll Do
- Set up for practices and games, assist with equipment management and game-day operations.
- Prepare uniforms and locker rooms, coordinate laundry for team gear.
- Maintain order and cleanliness of equipment and facilities, and support staff during events.
- Adhere to department policies and safety guidelines; on-campus role with physical activity.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with or knowledge of football preferred.
- Availability of approximately 20 hours per week; mornings for practices and weekend games as part of the schedule (Morning Practices, Weekend Games).
- Work-study eligible preferred but open to all Villanova students.
- Ability to perform heavy physical activity and work in athletic facilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with or knowledge of football.
Compensation & Benefits
- Wage Rate: $10.00/hour. This is an on-campus, part-time position.
