About the Role The LIU Football Quality Control position supports all aspects of an NCAA Division I football program, including scouting, recruiting, travel coordination, budgeting, training sessions, and camp creation/implementation. The role works closely with the head coach and athletics staff to ensure efficient program operations, compliance with NCAA rules, and engagement with the broader community.
What You'll Do
- Assist with all aspects of the NCAA Division I football program, including scouting, recruiting, travel coordination, budgeting, training sessions, and camp creation/implementation.
- Collaborate with athletic department staff and the head coach; manage or coordinate budgets and travel logistics.
- Develop and implement training sessions, clinics, and camps as needed.
- Support community outreach and other duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with NCAA rules.

Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4 years Division I NCAA football experience
- Established recruiting network
- Experience with clinic/camp implementation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, QuickTime, iMovie
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to analyze video or data
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 12,000
