About the Role Concord Hospital is seeking a Part-Time, Per Diem Food Service Call Center Operator to process inpatient meals, diet orders, special services, consults, transfers, and nourishments to meet physician-prescribed menus. This role supports patient needs within a call center environment, delivering accurate orders and friendly service.
What You'll Do
- Process patient meal orders, diet orders, special services, consults, transfers, nourishments, and requisitions.
- Provide customer service to patients; answer incoming phone calls; deliver patient nourishments.
- Attend departmental meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Some additional training beyond high school, but less than an Associates Degree.
- Certification, Registration & Licensure: None required.
- Experience: Three months experience in an office, food service or hospitality related setting; Windows environment experience required.
Nice to Have
- Strong communication skills; ability to use an automated call distribution system preferred.
