About the role

Job Purpose To ensure smooth implementation of Food Safety & Quality Management Systems while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory standards such as FSSC 22000, FSSAI, Halal and Kosher certifications. The role focuses on raw material inspection, finished goods quality checks, documentation, audit support, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation and maintenance of Food Safety Management System.

• Assist in ISO 9001 (QMS) documentation and audit preparation.

• Support internal audits and Management Review Meetings (MRM).

• Inspect incoming raw materials and Finised Goods as per approved SOP.

• Conduct in-process quality checks during production.

• Perform finished goods inspection before dispatch.

• Maintain Approved Supplier List (ASL).

• Support renewal of FSSAI License and other certifications.

• Maintain QC records, test reports, and RM/FG specifications.

• Assist in export documentation and compliance requirements.

• Ensure calibration of weighing scales as per Legal Metrology norms.

• Assist in supplier visits and third-party manufacturing quality monitoring.

• Handle customer complaints with corrective and preventive actions.

• Submit weekly task sheets and monthly QC/MIS reports.

• Monitoring PestControl Activities.

• Co-ordinating with The lab Regarding product Testing.
