About the Role As a Food Runner at Chili's in Ann Arbor, MI, you will play a key role in delivering hospitality and efficiency to guests. You’ll support guests and team members by sharing your passion for food and beverages, with a clear path to grow into a server role as you develop your skills in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each guest.
- Improve the guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met.
- Keep tables free of dirty dishes through pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plate ware, silverware, etc.
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. What We're Looking For
