About the Role Food Runners at Chili's in Flint, MI help create an exceptional dining experience by delivering beverages and food with enthusiasm and hospitality. They support guests and team members, connect with guests to make everyone feel welcome, and help maintain a smooth, hospitable service. What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
- Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met
- Keep tables free of dirty dishes through pre-bussing glassware, debris, empty bottles, plate ware, silverware, etc.
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
