About the Role Food Runners at Chili's create an exceptional experience for guests and team members by delivering beverages and food with hospitality. This role is designed for individuals who can grow quickly toward server roles and thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest
- Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met
- Keep the tables free of dirty dishes through pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, bottles, plate ware, silverware, etc.
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For

- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Provides a customized experience for every Guest
