About the Role As a Food Runner in Simsbury, CT, you will help create an exceptional guest experience by delivering beverages and food with warmth and hospitality. This role supports career growth toward a server position and emphasizes connecting with Guests and Team Members to make people feel special. What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest
- Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met
- Keep the tables free of dirty dishes through pre-bussing glassware, debris, empty bottles, plate ware, and silverware
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
