About the Role As a Food Runner at Chili's Middletown, you’ll help deliver beverages and meals with warmth and speed, ensuring guests feel welcomed and well cared for. You’ll support the front-of-house team and kitchen to keep service moving smoothly, with opportunities to grow into a server role.
What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each guest.
- Improve the guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met.
- Keep tables free of dirty dishes through pre-bussing any empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plate ware, silverware, etc.
- Partner with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
