About the Role Kwik Trip is seeking a Food Manager to lead our food program and uphold our standard of service. This role oversees food preparation, customer interactions, and staff development to meet daily goals and maintain quality. What You'll Do
- Prepare foods, delegate tasks, train coworkers, resolve customer complaints, set the example for excellent customer service, and ensure the team focuses on achieving daily goals.
- Assist with merchandising and ensure the highest quality of customer service daily.
