About the Role
Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive Food Managers to lead our food program at store Kwik Trip 1762. You will prepare foods, delegate tasks, train coworkers, resolve customer concerns, and uphold the highest standards of service in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and execute Kwik Trip's food program; prepare foods to standard and maintain quality.
- Delegate tasks and train coworkers to ensure efficient operations.
- Resolve customer complaints and model excellent customer service.
- Motivate the team to meet daily goals and assist with merchandising to support store standards.
- Maintain a clean, inviting store and uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ensure the highest quality of customer service on a daily basis.
- Lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk 8-10 hours per day; available for full-time shifts (up to 45 hours per week), primarily 1st shift.

- Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $18.33 to $26.58 per hour.
