About the Role
Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive people to lead our food program as Food Managers. Food Managers are responsible for our food program. They prepare foods, delegate tasks, train coworkers, resolve customer complaints, set the example for excellent customer service, ensure the team focuses on achieving daily goals, assist with merchandising, and most importantly ensure that the highest quality of customer service is being met on a daily basis.
What You'll Do
- Prepare foods, delegate tasks, train coworkers, resolve customer complaints, and set the example for excellent customer service to ensure the team meets daily goals.
- Assist with merchandising and store presentation to maintain a clean, inviting environment for guests.
- Ensure knowledge and application of food safety and sanitation standards across the team.
- Lead by example to motivate coworkers to complete tasks and achieve store goals.

- 6 months food experience including customer service and food prep

- Knowledgeable on food safety and sanitation
- Lift up to 50lbs, walk/stand up to 8-10 hours per day
- Available to work full-time (up to 45 hours per week) primarily 1st shift
- Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $45,275.10 to $65,652.60 per year
- 40% of pre-tax profits back to coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of gross annual wage depending on company profitability
