About the Role
Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive people to lead our food program as Food Managers. You will prepare foods, delegate tasks, train coworkers, resolve customer complaints, and set the example for excellent customer service to ensure the highest quality guest experience on a daily basis.
What You'll Do
- Prepare foods and assist with merchandising
- Delegate tasks and train coworkers
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain a high standard of customer service
- Set the example for excellent customer service and lead the team to achieve daily goals
- Ensure the team focuses on daily objectives and quality food safety
- Maintain a clean and inviting store environment
- Motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals
- Lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk 8-10 hours per day
- Work full-time (up to 45 hours per week), primarily 1st shift

- Available to work full-time (up to 45 hours per week) primarily 1st shift
- Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $38,126.40 to $55,286.40 per year (USD)
- In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability
