Job Description This position is responsible for providing prompt and professional F&B service to Hotel’s guests.

Primary Responsibilities Outlet Operation

• To assist the Assistant Outlet Manager/Outlet Manager in planning, implementing, organizing and coordinating the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant on a daily basis.
• To assist the Assistant Outlet Manager/Outlet Manager in ensuring that the restaurant is running in an efficiently manner and proper service is offered at all times.
• To assist the Assistant Outlet Manager/Outlet Manager in assuring the most efficient operation of dining room, offering the maximum in service of hotel guests through good planning and coordination with others departments.
• To assist the Assistant Outlet Manager/Outlet Manager in ensuring compliance with Accor LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and Experience

• College diploma / Secondary school education or Equivalent qualifications

• Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage

• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language

• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage

• Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity

• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

• Competencies

• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
