Job title: Food & Beverage Storekeeper
About the Role The Food & Beverage Storekeeper is responsible for the correct reception, organization, storage and distribution of beverages, materials and operational supplies for the F&B department, ensuring efficient provisioning to all hotel outlets (bars, restaurants, events, minibar, etc.), maintaining stock control, proper product rotation and adherence to the company's quality, safety and hygiene standards.
What You'll Do
- Receive beverages, goods and operational materials for the F&B department, verifying quantities, quality and condition of received products.
- Organize and store beverages and materials according to their type, conservation needs and established rotation rules.
- Transport and supply beverages, ice, glassware, consumables and other materials to the hotel's various points of sale.
- Perform periodic restocking in bars, restaurants, cold rooms and satellite warehouses, ensuring correct stock levels.
- Control outbound goods and assist in recording and tracking the department's inventory.
- Verify expiration dates, storage conditions and proper product rotation (FIFO).
- Maintain order, cleanliness and organization of warehouses, cold rooms and work areas.
- Collaborate on periodic inventories and stock counts.
- Provide operational support for event setups, banquets and special beverage-related services.
- Inform your supervisor about incidents, breakages, shortages or replenishment needs detected during operation.
- Ensure proper use and basic maintenance of pallet jacks, trolleys and equipment used to transport goods.
- Comply with food safety, load handling and occupational risk prevention procedures established by the company.
