Section: Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or HND in Hotel & Catering Management or related field
- 7+ years' F&B experience, 3+ as F&B Manager in a 4–5 star hotel
- Expert in restaurant, bar, banqueting and room-service operations
- Skilled in cost control, menu engineering and HACCP standards
- Hands-on leader able to build and train a service team
