The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the efficient management of all Food & Beverage operations in accordance with Hyatt's brand standards, corporate strategies, and operational policie
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:
- Manage the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets.
- Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor food quality, beverage quality, hygiene, and service standards.
- Conduct daily briefings and ensure smooth coordination between service and kitchen teams.
- Ensure guest complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
Financial Management:
- Achieve departmental revenue and profitability targets.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
- Control food cost, beverage cost, payroll, and operating expenses.
