About the Role The Food & Beverage Manager oversees casino F&B operations in Riverton, WY, ensuring high quality service, staff management, and financial efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, training, and adherence to health, safety, and policy standards. What You'll Do
- Schedule staff according to customer service needs and staffing assessments
- Develop and implement training plans for staff
- Manage, organize, and update drink and food menus
- Communicate information for property optimization and decision making
- Analyze and interpret departmental financial information to maximize efficiency
- Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project activities
- Maintain attendance, evaluation, and counseling records; conduct staff performance reviews
- Review F&B organization structure and recommend changes as needed
- Manage time effectively across shifts; ensure confidentiality and compliance
- Support casino management by brainstorming ideas and providing ongoing feedback
- Attend mandatory trainings and adhere to policies; perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For
- Minimum of five (5) years of Food & Beverage management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations
- Flexible schedule to accommodate casino requirements; professional demeanor under pressure
- Ability to assess risk, follow written/oral instructions, and solve problems with multiple variables
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to prepare reports and present to groups
- Numerical accuracy and ability to perform relevant calculations
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States and pass background and drug screenings
- Must be 21+, have a valid Wyoming driver’s license, and obtain a Gaming License Compensation & Benefits
