Vacancy - Food & Beverage Manager (Female) Location: Lagos, Nigeria Industry: Hospitality A reputable hotel in Lagos is urgently seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead its F&B operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all F&B operations (Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, Banquet & Pool Bar)
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service and hygiene (HACCP)
- Lead, train and supervise the F&B team
- Manage inventory, cost control and budgeting
- Handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop new menus and promotions to drive revenue
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
Requirements
- Female candidate
- BSc / HND in Hotel Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience as F&B Manager in a 4/5-Star Hotel or Upscale Restaurant in Lagos
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of food, wine, cocktails and service
- Proficient in inventory and POS systems
- Must reside in Lagos
