This unique opportunity is designed for future hospitality leaders seeking hands-on experience in luxury Food & Beverage operations while developing their management and leadership capabilities within the world-renowned Raffles and Accor brands.
What You Will Learn

What You Will Do
- Support the daily operation of Food & Beverage outlets to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Deliver personalized and engaging service in line with Raffles luxury standards.
- Participate in outlet operations, events, and special projects.
- Assist managers in supervising service teams and coordinating daily activities.
- Learn key business functions including revenue generation, cost control, inventory management, and performance analysis.
- Build strong relationships with guests and colleagues while developing leadership competencies.
- Contribute innovative ideas that enhance guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
