A reputable hospitality business with operations in Ibadan and Akure is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead and optimize its F&B operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue, and guiding high-performing hospitality teams. This full-time, onsite role offers the opportunity to oversee F&B activities across multiple outlets within the Ibadan and Akure locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize Food & Beverage operations across outlets to ensure high standards of service and performance
- Drive revenue and contribute to the financial success of the F&B function
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through quality service and operational excellence
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing F&B team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee day-to-day F&B activities with a focus on efficiency, consistency, and guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive hospitality operations and seamless guest experiences
- Maintain compliance with brand standards, safety, and quality requirements, and implement best practices where applicable
Requirements
- Minimum of 5–8 years' experience in Food & Beverage operations within the hospitality industry
- At least 3 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Experience managing hotels, restaurants, lounges, or multi-outlet hospitality operations
- Strong leadership, commercial, and operational management skills
