We are looking for an experienced, strategic and results-oriented Food & Beverage Director to lead the Food & Beverage Department at Swissôtel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty. The position will be responsible for the effective management of all F&B operations, driving revenue and sales, overseeing operational standards, ensuring a high level of guest service, and developing the team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Financial Management:
- Develop and implement the Food & Beverage strategy;
- Prepare and control the department budget, revenue and operating costs;
- Drive sales and profitability across F&B operations;
- Analyze performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Operational Management:
- Oversee the operations of restaurants, bars, banquets and Room Service;
